Duer Reeves is an experienced executive with expertise in General Management, Business Development, and Supply Chain Management, honed over 21 years at Sun Microsystems and through leadership roles in two successful Robotics/IoT startup exits. With a strong background in high-tech supply chains, marketing, and global operations, he combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. Duer holds a BA from Williams College and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, blending analytical rigor with a global business perspective.

Paul Graven

CMO & Marketing Business Development

Paul Graven is a seasoned leader specializing in Business Development and Product Marketing, with deep expertise in the spacecraft industry and space system supply chains. Mr. Graven is a co-founder of Cateni, Inc. and has led numerous technical, economics and supply chain projects as Principal Investigator for NASA, DARPA, USAF and USSF SBIR contracts. A former management consultant (RB Webber & Co.) with technical and policy credentials, Paul holds a BS from Caltech, MS from Stanford, and MPP from Harvard Kennedy School.

Allan Gray

Operations & Analytics

Allan Gray drives operational excellence through advanced analytics, specializing in deal optimization and data intelligence. He co-authored USAF studies with Paul Graven and co-founded End-to-End Analytics LLC (acquired by Accenture). As Accenture US West’s former Managing Director of Data Science & ML Engineering, he built cross-functional teams that transformed data into strategic assets. With a Master of Engineering from Oxford, Kennedy Scholar credentials at MIT, and Stanford MBA, he bridges technical innovation with business execution.
